Terms of service
These terms explain your use of WrapPrism, an individually operated service based in Hong Kong under the public name WrapPrism.
Service scope
WrapPrism provides browser-based vehicle appearance studies, editing, preview exports, optional account storage and AI artwork generation. Availability varies by vehicle and mode. Previews are not measured installation templates, physical film matches, installation services or verified vehicle-software files.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use an account you are entitled to control. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload malicious material or submit content you do not have permission to use. You must have the legal capacity or any required guardian permission to use the service.
Credits and subscriptions
Basic editing does not require payment. Successful AI generations use the displayed credit amount; failed tasks return their reserved credits. A paid credit pack is a one-time purchase. The monthly plan renews automatically until canceled, and monthly credits are issued after a paid bill is confirmed. Issued credits accumulate without expiry.
The pricing and checkout pages show the currency, amount and billing interval applicable to your order. Cancel future renewals in Subscription & orders. Cancellation does not by itself refund a previous charge. A preview checkout marked as a test does not collect a real payment.
Your content and permissions
You keep any rights you hold in uploaded content. You permit WrapPrism and its service providers to process and store it as needed to provide the requested editing, saving and generation features. Public display requires your publication submission and approval. We do not claim that buying credits gives you ownership of vehicle models, film brands or other people’s artwork.
AI outputs can contain errors, resemble other outputs or fail to represent readable text and continuous panel joins. Check the output and any third-party rights before commercial production. No exclusive rights, copyrightability or physical fit are guaranteed by the generation result.
Availability, suspension and disputes
Service limits, maintenance and provider availability can affect use even when you have credits. We may restrict activity that threatens security, violates rights or abuses the service, and provide a support route to question the restriction. These terms do not remove consumer remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Nothing here limits your right to seek remedies from a competent court or regulator.
