Privacy policy
This policy explains what information WrapPrism uses, why it is used and how to contact us about your data.
Who is responsible
WrapPrism is operated by an individual based in Hong Kong under the public name WrapPrism. The operator is responsible for the personal information used by this service. Contact info@wrapprism.com for privacy enquiries and data access or correction requests.
Information used to provide the service
Google sign-in supplies account identifiers, name, email and profile image. Where email sign-in is enabled, authentication also uses your email and password credential. We use session information to provide account access and protect private records.
Basic editing processes artwork in your browser. Saving a project uploads its preview, artwork sources and editing settings to account storage. AI generation sends your text prompt and generation settings to the third-party AI image-generation service that produces the artwork, which runs FLUX-family models. The current text-to-image endpoint does not accept an uploaded reference image.
We also handle order references, verified payment and credit records, subscription status, support correspondence and technical request information used for security and troubleshooting. Waffo handles checkout payment details; the app does not store your full payment-card number.
Private projects and public designs
Account projects are private by default. A design becomes public only after you submit it and publication is approved. A public design exposes its chosen creator name, description, preview images and editing settings. Withdrawing a public design cannot recall copies already downloaded by other people.
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
Session cookies support sign-in, and browser storage holds editor preferences and local drafts. When configured, Google Analytics loads on site entry and uses browser identifiers to measure visits, editor actions, authentication and verified purchases. Signed-in measurement uses a pseudonymous account identifier; this is not the same as fully anonymous data.
Our Google Analytics events exclude names, emails, prompts, artwork, filenames and private URL query parameters. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Browser privacy tools may block measurement. You can contact us about analytics-related personal data and objections to its use.
Service providers and data locations
Service providers include Cloudflare for hosting, security and artwork storage, a third-party AI image-generation service running FLUX-family models for artwork, a PostgreSQL database service for account and project records, Google for sign-in and analytics, and Waffo for payments. Resend sends password-reset emails where enabled. If enabled, Sentry processes diagnostic information and Microsoft Clarity processes website interaction and session-replay information for troubleshooting and usability analysis.
These providers may process information in Hong Kong and other countries. Processing locations depend on the service and provider. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information in artwork, AI prompts or support attachments. Contact us for information about the providers relevant to your account.
Retention and privacy requests
Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. Account and project records support your account and saved designs; payment, dispute and security records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved claims. Contact us to request deletion. Deletion may exclude records that must be retained, and backup copies may remain until they are replaced in the backup cycle.
Email info@wrapprism.com to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise an objection. We may verify account ownership before acting. Available rights depend on the laws that apply to you. Hong Kong privacy concerns can also be raised with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data at www.pcpd.org.hk.
